The terms and conditions below explain the responsibilities Celebration Suncatchers have when you purchase goods from us.

The website is protected by British and international copyright and cannot be copied, or distributed in any way without written permission. Links to other websites may be made as long as the link does not portray Celebration Suncatchers, their products or services in a derogatory or offensive way.

We have added links to other websites for your convenience. We have no control over their content, products or business dealings and cannot be held liable for any loss or claim that may arise.

Please use this website for lawful and personal use only. You cannot print website pages for your or third party use.

Any unauthorized use terminates your permission to use the website.

Please keep any log in details and passwords confidential from others. The safe keeping of these, and use of your account, are your responsibility.

We do not sell some items that are not suitable for minors, however all users must be over 18 years old.

Celebration Suncatchers have the right to cancel any account or order at their discretion.

When using this website, it may be necessary to submit your name, address, email, phone number and other information when placing an order or creating an account. By doing this you authorise Celebration Suncatchers to communicate with you electronically.

This information will only be provided to a third party for the purpose of fulfilling your order. Your information will not be shared with any other parties.

 

  1. Goods

 

All goods supplied are sold on the understanding that all safety procedures are undertaken when using them.

  • Colour

Because of the manufacturing processes, coloured glass may vary from batch to batch and sheet to sheet. All images displayed on our website are only representations of colour, and may vary when viewed as every monitor, laptop, tablet, phone screen or viewing device has a different capability to display colour and we all see colour differently.

Celebration Suncatchers hold no responsibility if the colour supplied has a slight variance to that advertised. Celebration Suncatchers cannot be held responsible for differences in colour or shade and it is advisable to discuss with us any specific colour requirements before ordering.

  • Glass Quality / Imperfections

Due to the manufacturing process, coloured glass may contain bubbles, seeds and imperfections that are natural characteristics of the glass. This can also include imperfections that at first sight, may be viewed as scratches or defects.

  • Damage or Faults

All goods must be thoroughly inspected within 24 hours of delivery. Any damage or faults must be notified within 48 hours of delivery by phone. After 48 hours have surpassed, Celebration Suncatchers will hold no liability for damages or faults.

 

  1. Pricing

 

It may occur, despite our best efforts, that something may be priced or described incorrectly. Where the correct price is less than that stated on your order, you will be charged the lower price. If the correct price is higher than stated then one of the following may happen:

We may supply the goods at the price stated (our discretion)
b. We may contact you for instructions before you decide to accept or cancel the order.
c. Should the price be an obvious mistake, we have the right to cancel the order.

All goods remain the property of Celebration Suncatchers, until the stage of delivery.

If payment is not received on time, Celebration Suncatchers may cancel or not dispatch any outstanding orders

Orders may only be cancelled with permission from Celebration Suncatchers and must be confirmed in writing by the customer after agreement. Once orders are in production they cannot be cancelled.

 

  1. Delivery

 

Celebration Suncatchers offer delivery via nominated carrier services. The appropriate method will be selected based on the goods you order.

Dispatch is normally within 5 working days. If goods are required sooner, please discuss with us prior to placing your order.

Goods can be left at an unattended delivery address by our nominated courier, as well as left with a neighbour who is happy to sign for them. Should you not be happy for goods to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, notification must be given to us or our nominated carrier. All goods left in a safe place or with a neighbour will be entirely at the customers own risk and no liability will be accepted. Should the nominated carrier be unable to leave goods due to no-one being available to accept them, the right is reserved to make a charge for subsequent deliveries.

Although every effort is made to advise customers of the delivery day, our nominated carrier cannot quote exact delivery times.

  1. Returns

 

Our goods are unique items designed by you and have no value to other parties. Goods can only be returned by prior arrangement. Unless agreed goods cannot be returned.

No unsolicited goods will be accepted

 

  1. Guarantees

 

Celebration Suncatchers neither imply nor attach any guarantee of performance or otherwise for their goods.

 

  1. Disclaimers, Liability and Exclusions

 

Use of this website is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis and at your own risk. No representations, warranties or conditions are expressed or implied as to the operation of this site or to the content, material or products included.

 

Celebration Suncatchers will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damages from the use of any products purchased.

 

Celebration Suncatchers will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by late or incorrect delivery.

 

Celebration Suncatchers will not be liable for any loss sustained by you above the value of the goods.

 

  1. Offers

 

Discounts may be offered from time to time or at specific times or venues. This will be in the form of a discount code that is specific to that time.

Offers are only valid to UK shipping only, overseas customers may incur additional charges.

 

  1. Safety

 

Celebration Suncatchers will endeavour to advise on the use and cleaning of the glass. However, we are unable to supply glass that adheres to EN12600. The responsibility lies with the customer to ensure that all goods are installed safely and are not a danger. Celebration Suncatchers bear no liability if an accident/incident is caused through the incorrect use or installation of goods.
